Farm Days 2022

After the endless restrictions of a global pandemic, Motive Power and 10/6 finally geared up for their inaugural farm day at the Gulch Environmental Foundation’s Rainmaker Farm. This wasn’t a typical team-building exercise or performative corporate charity event; employees spent the day getting their hands dirty doing much-needed work around the farm. In a single day, our team assembled four bee boxes, installed three barn owl boxes, and planted 150 fruit trees, 50 pine trees, and 150 rose bushes.

The Gulch is a fully donation-funded program, so the farm days were instrumental in its development. The Motive Power and 10/6 team made a tangible contribution to the farm’s progress and helped accelerate its path to regenerative farming.
